Being a faculty member at Mount Carmel High is more than being a member of staff, it is being part of a family. As members of family we are gifted with privileges. However, we must also live up to our responsibilities. Each member of staff has a purpose in the family. Let us fulfill those duties with our whole hearts, mind and souls for our sanctification and that of our students, and for the continued development of our institution. In the execution of these responsibilities may we remember that we are building citizens for the Kingdom and society, and we are doing so as a family, in the unity of the Blessed Trinity. Team work is crucial in this undertaking.
